In Tours, on Saturday November 15, Rouillac OVV dispersed the photographic work of the duo Pierre Minot (b. 1948) and Gilbert Gormezano (1945-2015). For thirty-two years, these artists depicted human beings in natural settings, creating thematic ensembles, including "Chaos and Light" (1983-2001). At €1,240, this cold-light silver print on selenium-tinted Guillemot baryta paper (71 x 71 cm), from the "Chaos L'Hom" series, left much to be desired (see Gazette no. 39). It was taken on the Causse Méjean in 1985, with Pierre Minot as the model.
