La maison Herengracht 182, construite en 1772, traditionnellement appelée "De Sonnewijser" (cadran solaire) a été commandée par Jan Arnoud van Brienen, fils de Willem van Brienen, sur un projet de l’architecte belge Ludwig Friedrich Druck. Un album de 59 dessins de Hendrick van Cranenburgh est passé en vente Christie’s, le 10 novembre 1997, lot n°269.
